Radio Free Gallifrey!
Jun. 30th, 2006 10:08 pmI somehow managed to get through my first show as DJ Phoenix, an hour-long adventure in webcasting and being nervous and stuff on the air again. Hopefully next time, I'll have the mic problems fixed and me sounding as cool and collected as my X-Wing pilot on SW1 is in the cockpit. Ah well.
Tonight's track list:
BBC Wales Orchestra - Doctor Who - The Christmas Invasion Opening Theme
Bill Bailey - Doctor Who - Belgian Jazz
Weird Al Yankovic - King of Suede
Brak - Ohio
Brobdingnagian Bards - Monster Mash
Emerald Rose - Vampire Girl From (the Planet) ORN
Marc Gunn & the Dubliner's Tabby Cats - Lord of the Pounce
The Four Postmen - Gentleman A
The great Luke Ski - Gowron Said Knock You Out
Hot Waffles - Cows
The Nick Atoms - Land of the Lost
Barnes & Barnes - Granny and the Kid
Raymond and Scum - Lando (Live)
Sudden Death (feat. ShoEboX of Worm Quartet) - Inner Voice (Live @ MarsCon 04)
Aside from a couple of technical difficulties caused by a locked-up WinAmp (right in the middle of 'Screw U - the country version' by Throwing Toasters) and mic volume issues, I think it went well.
So, those who listened... feedback? Constructive criticism is a good thing. :)
